We hope you love your purchase from Cienti but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit (excluding shipping costs) on all full priced, unworn and unaltered items.

Returns are only available to Australian customers at this time.

Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
